Massage Therapy

For your first RAPID NFR appointment, we begin with a 45 min assessment and treatment, this gives us plenty of time to go through your health history, treat and reassess. 

RAPID NeuroFascial Reset (NFR) is a manual therapy designed to relieve chronic and acute pain, restore mobility, and improve overall function. This technique works directly with the nervous system to release deep seated tension, flush out inflammation, and reset muscle tone for long lasting relief. 

RAPID NFR can address conditions such as: sciatica, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, TMJD, migraines and headaches, back pain, knee pain, tennis and golfers elbow, and much more!

Motor Vehicle Accident Treatment Claim

Cupping is effective at releasing and healing hardened soft tissues & adhesions. Cups are used to lift, separate and cleanse by pulling healthy fluid into the area while flushing out cellular debris that may be contributing to pain and limited range of motion. 
Cupping is a relaxing modality that can provide deep relief of soft tissue, reducing pain and improving range of motion movements. 
Ideal for most symptoms and conditions.
Not recommended for those with blood clotting disorders or certain skin conditions. 

Please note: Cupping procedures may leave light to dark red or blue marks on the skin. These marks are caused by the suction of the cups and will disappear in 5-10 days. Please take this into consideration when booking your session.

This healing is about releasing old and new wounds, while aligning you with the blessings of your future.  The rites are performed using specific crystals and ancient sanskrit. Crystal Healing Meditation

This class combines a Reiki healing session with a guided meditation. It's done sitting in a chair or laying down on a mat, and is perfect for both beginners and experienced healers alike. The focus of this class is on the flow of Reiki energy, so we intentionally keep the guided meditation to a minimum, ensuring you get the hour to relax, connect & restore in the best way possible.

Reiki Meditation

Step into a sacred space, as we gather during the energy of the New Moon. This workshop is designed to help you release the old, set empowered intentions and align with fresh beginnings.
